‘Bittersweet’

I was playing around with some vector artwork of a sugar skull one year for Halloween and decided  to rework it as a fully rendered digital image.

I approached the image as I would a tattoo but added far greater detail , with the mindset of making a floating version of a sugar skull with elements you'd find on a tattoo.
